• KerrPoint reserves the right to remove any listing that is fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of applicable law.
• KerrPoint does not guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any listed property.

5. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings made through the platform are subject to confirmation by the property owner or agent.
• Payment obligations and terms are defined at the time of booking.
• KerrPoint is not responsible for disputes between property owners and tenants or buyers arising outside our platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without written permission.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the KerrPoint platform — including the logo, design, text, and code — is the property of KerrPoint and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

KerrPoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, and we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of our services.
